1. For most of these slides, I used ifmslide, for which I made some minor modifications: template. A few of them are made with OpenOffice.org (when a particular template use was required). For most of these slides in pdf, I still have the source code, if you are interested in them (for taking over parts of the slides), just drop me a mail and I'll send the sources (mostly LaTeX) to you.
2. I also made a template to make those little name cards you hand out at e.g. conferences in the K.U.Leuven style. They look like this. They are also based on ifmslide.
